Materialul si designul bavurilor sunt rezultatul anilor de cercetare si dezvoltare din laboratorul de cafea de la Comandante. Nitro Blade este unic, foloseste otel inoxidabil de inalta clasa, cu un continut ridicat de azot si o matrice fina de microcristal martensitic.

Geometria bavurilor a fost optimizata pentru a obtine un debit excelent al boabelor de cafea cu un cuplu de manivela redus. Ofera o distributie rafinata a dimensiunii particulelor, pentru cele mai bune rezultate de preparare.

Burr Geometry has been optimised to achieve excellent Bean Thruput with a reduced Crank Torque and at the same time deliver a refined Particle Size Distribution for best brewing results.
